2. Interior Design Services
2.1. Submitting a consultation request through our website initiates an inquiry process only. It does not constitute a binding contract, guarantee of availability, or commitment to provide services until a formal agreement is in place.
2.2. All design projects are subject to a separate written agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and timeline. These Terms and Conditions supplement — but do not replace — any project-specific agreement.
2.3. Nahla Madison Home offers residential interior design, commercial interior design, virtual design consultation, and furniture procurement services. Service availability may vary by project type and location.
3. Products & Furniture
3.1. We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, and details will appear exactly as shown on your screen due to variations in display settings.
3.2. All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you promptly and suggest alternatives or issue a full refund.
3.3. If a pricing error is discovered after payment processing, we will void the transaction, issue a refund via the original payment method, and notify you. You may then choose to repurchase at the correct price.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1. All prices listed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.
4.3. Design service fees are outlined in your individual project agreement. Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated prior to booking.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Important: Estimated shipping times represent the time in transit after an item leaves the factory and do not include production lead time. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships.
5.1. We aim to ship orders as swiftly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and product lead times.
- Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground: delivered on average 2–7 business days after leaving the factory.
- Orders shipped via Freight Carrier: delivered on average 7–16 business days after leaving the factory.
- Orders shipped via White Glove Service: delivered on average 7–16 business days after leaving the factory.
5.2. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5.3. You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of completing your purchase. After your order has shipped, any change or cancellation must be processed as a return.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1. We accept returns within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
6.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6.3. Design service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise specified in your project agreement.
